Forensics Incident Response Pricing (As Needed)
$295/hour
$355/hour – Holidays, Nights, Weekends, Legal Proceedings, Expert Testimony, and Depositions
Payment Schedule
Fees are invoiced monthly for the time used in the prior month.
Response Time
This level of service includes our “Best Effort” response time.
Retainer Option
$10,000 initial retainer, with discounted rates charged against the retainer:
$270/hour
$330/hour – Holidays, Nights, Weekends, Legal Proceedings, Expert Testimony, and Depositions
Payment Schedule
Retainer due at signing.
The retainer never expires and never depreciates. Funds can be replenished when in writing. If not used, the funds can be applied to other engagements.
Response Time
This level of service includes our “Prioritized, Guaranteed” response times.
